Fitness Friday: The Basics on Arms

I’ve gotten a lot compliments on my arms lately with the question, “what do you do?” I’m not pumping iron at the gym, I’m at home with my 5 and 8 lb dumbells! Check out this Fitsugar video for three basic moves that will help tone those triceps and biceps.
