Fitness Friday: Arm Toning at Home

I often like to get little toning done when I come back from a run. The blood is pumping and it’s the perfect time to fit in a few reps. I simply just grab my 8 lbs dumbbells and do this simple workout. I usually do it two or three times, depending on how much time I have.
