Fitness Friday – Bumping it Up

Seeing I’ve been in a rut lately, I have been trying new workouts. I needed a change from my regular go-to workouts. I found a new LOVE. This workout was awesome. I seriously can’t wait to do it again. It is a little more advanced than some of the other fitsugars I’ve done. This one is a boot camp style workout, which suits me just fine seeing I have absolutely no rhythm for dance workouts. This 12 minute sweat session is brought to you by Allie Cohen, an instructor at one of the famous Barry’s Bootcamps. She doesn’t let you down. Believe me.

Between the sexy spiderwoman, the plank spanks, and mountain climbers (one of my favorites) I most definitely got in a great workout for a short amount of time. Did I mention it’s an equipment free, do anywhere workout? Those are my favorite. No excuses!!!

I followed up my workout with some box jumps and a quick 5 minute cardio blaster. I’m still feeling it today.
