Last month I posted a HIIT video I enjoyed with trainer Danielle Pascente. I liked her style and speed so I went to see if there were any other workouts of hers I could try. I found this great calorie scorcher. It’s four basic moves done back to back, followed by a 30 second rest, then back at it. It’s four rounds of butt kicks, mountain climbers, jump squats, and burpees.
Let me tell you, it kicked my ass. I loved it. Perfect way to fit in some cardio in 10 minutes. Give it a try.
