I absolutely love trying new workouts to mix things up a bit. I tried this quick no-equipment circuit from Popsugar Fitness last night. I love that it comes with a print-out. I can keep it posted in my exercise area at home, or throw it in my suitcase if I’m traveling. 9 moves, performed for one minute each, two rounds. It works your entire body. Cardio, legs, arms, and core. Just another workout to remind you all that YOU DON’T NEED A GYM to be fit. Enjoy!
