Hi everyone. Here’s what I tried out this week.
PopSugar Fitness uploaded this one this week and I just had to give it a try. It consisted of a series of circuit intervals that get your heart rate going, but focusing on your entire body. You’ll work the legs, abs, and arms. I’ll admit, I was sweating after the first circuit. Each circuit is about 5 minutes and consisting of three moves done three times. If you want a quick calorie scorcher this is it. One thing I really love about the PopSugar workouts is that they offer a modification for many of the exercises. So whatever level you’re at in your fitness journey, you can do this. If you can only fit in 10 minutes, that’s okay. Do what you can.
Moves to expect: fast feet, high-knees, reverse lunges and squats with weights, plank variations, and even some floor work.
