I’m going to be honest with you. I’ve been a slacker lately. A total slacker. It happens. We’ve all been there. I don’t care who you are, everyone gets in a rut here and there, and they just need a pep-talk or something to get them back in the game. I did run a great mind-clearing five miles yesterday, but that was a total therapy session for myself. Sometimes life smacks you upside-down and you can’t do anything about it. Personally, I run. That’s what clears my head. Anyway, back to being a slacker. I’ve been a slacker. I haven’t been finding my 20 minutes a day. What helps me get out of the rut is finding new workouts. Something to try. So I pinned a few and tried this one today. I loved it. I always love a great workout I can do at home without any equipment. It worked the legs, the arms, and the core plus it had some great cardio in the mix. The reverse lunges were just what I needed after yesterday’s run. Stretched out those hip flexors. So if you’re looking for a short workout you can do at home definitely give it a try. Get that blood pumping.
