Sometimes we’re just so pressed for time. We literally only have a few minutes to squeeze something in. All of these are under 10 minutes, but completely effective.

These are some of my favorite QUICK workouts that get the blood pumping.

A quick 7 minute cardio.

A crushing 5 minutes of full body cardio.
