Fitness Friday – Strength Training for Runners

Hey runner friends, I found this great 10 minute strength training workout. It really stretches and strengthens those hip flexors and ankles aiding in better stability. This is especially important for you long distance runners. Having extra strength and flexibility will help avoid injury. It even has a few moves that strengthen the shoulders and back helping with better running posture. I encourage you to give it a try.
