We’re getting back into the swing of things over here. I’ve tried a few new workouts and here they are.
This particular workout is literally 3 minutes long and it’s phenomenal. It’s targets the entire body.
This is another workout from the Bowflex YouTube channel. 6 minutes of standing abs. This is perfect for a small apartment, hotel, or even in your office. No need to get down on the floor.
For a longer workout, try this 25 minute cardio. My quads were burning, I’m not going to lie. I particularly loved the warm-up and would consider just doing that when pressed for time. The women were all light and funny. I actually enjoyed it.
