Summer has pretty much come to an end but the garden is still producing some beautiful tomatoes and fresh basil, which to me definitely means more caprese salad. Over at The Crafty Collaborative we tried turning the traditional caprese salad into a pasta salad. It was delicious!! I just had to share it with you. here
Fresh ingredients from the garden and my favorite local mozzarella from Narragansett Creamery. It was heavenly.
yum, and just had surgery so can’t go shopping to buy anything. Living on Progresso soup and coconut icecream. lol
