I decided to torture myself Sunday morning. I was in search of a new 30 minute video and stumbled across this 30 minute bodyweight boot camp. It fit my criteria:
- 30 minutes of cardio
- bodyweight only, which I can do at home
- basic boot camp moves because I have zero rhythm
Well WOW! That’s what I have to say. I felt muscles in my legs I didn’t know I had for days. Seriously, I couldn’t walk down the stairs without wincing until Wednesday. Why did you do that to yourself you ask? I love it. I’m sick and like to torture myself a bit. That ouch feeling lets me know I really did something. I like a little challenge. And YES, I’ll do it again. I know exactly what did me in…it was the high-speed knee, knee, toes, toes. Yowzers!
Who else likes a little torture in a workout? I know I’m not alone, right?
I also have no rhythm so I will definitely have to try this!
