I found a new favorite! It’s intense and quick, and I LOVE it! A few weeks ago I posted a 30 minute Fitsugar boot camp I found and enjoyed. The trainer was Adam Rosante. I admired his energy and attitude so, what does one do…I googled him. I found this great 12 minute, high intensity boot camp video. I admit that it was challenging, but it worked. My heart was pounding and I was sweating. It was exactly what I wanted in a quick cardio workout. The scenery wasn’t so bad either.
What to expect: high knees, jump squats, push up variations, and some standing mountain climbers. High intensity and lots of sweat! Enjoy!
