Sometimes I just need a mindless workout. No video or complex moves. No weights. Just a quick workout I don’t have to focus too much on. This 40-30-20 workout is perfect. I can even do it while assisting the kids with their homework. Just do the moves 40 times, then 30 times, and then 20. Full body workout DONE! Cardio, legs, arms, and core.
