Four Things I will ALWAYS Justify

Justifying. I’m a master at it. I do it all of the time. I consider it having a positive outlook. I’m a optimist. Here are my top FOUR things I will totally justify.

Peanut Butter on ANYTHING:

Melting peanut butter and putting it on top of my ice cream. It’s a protein. On top of ice cream it’s a protein and a dairy for my bones. It’s a good thing. Don’t get me going to Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Protein and antioxidant right there people. Total WIN.

Wine and some more Wine:

Wine. It’s grapes…grapes is fruit people. You should have at least 3-4 servings of fruit per day. Oh and I’ve read numerous studies about the benefits of drinking wine on a daily basis. Don’t argue with me or I’ll hurt you.

Pizza is a Meal:

Yes, topped with some pepperoni and you have a complete meal with all four food groups: grain, dairy, vegetable, and protein. Add some extra veggies to that and you’re a rock star.

Chocolate:

Need I say more. It’s chocolate. It has antioxidants and it helps to lower bad cholesterol! It should be consumed daily. Anyone want to argue that?
