Have you ever made a frittata? They’re super easy and make the perfect breakfast, brunch, or even dinner! The great thing about a frittata is that you can add anything you like. When in a pinch for dinner after a ball game or cub scouts I just take a look in the fridge and see what I have. This frittata contains spinach, Vidalia onion, ham, and shredded cheddar. Let’s get started.
Preheat the oven to your broil setting.
You’ll need a frying pan that is oven safe. Either use cooking spray or olive oil to keep the eggs for sticking.
For a 4” fry pan, use 3 eggs.
For a 10” fry pan, use 6 eggs.
- Beat the eggs together and add your veggies and meats.
- Pour into a heated fry pan and sprinkle your cheese on the top.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Transfer into the oven under broil.
- Brown the top.
- Remove and serve.
So easy, and just one pan to clean! I love that.
