With the seasons transitioning from summer to fall, the weather is PERFECT for outdoor workouts. I suggest you fit them in now before the snow comes. Here are some ideas to get you going.

 

Stair Workouts

Always a great workout, right. I mean who hasn’t seen Rocky! A great challenge.

 

Park Bench Workout

Find a park bench. Always perfect mid-run or after your run. Push-ups, tri-dips, Russian twists, & step-ups.

 

 

Playground Workouts

Hit those monkey bars. There are some great moves in this video.
