Fitness Friday – Phases of the Post Workout

First, you ROCKED that workout!! Nailed it.

You ROCKED it so well, you feel you deserve a treat.

Then you feel that “good” sore. Validation of a good workout.

Uh, oh. What did I do?

Ow,ow, ow, ow.

Each step down the stairs is pain. Easy does it.

You don’t want to move ever again.

Then you try to fix it, and it just feels worse.

Then you start feeling better.

Then you have to do it all over again.
