Fitness Friday – 30 Minutes Sculpt with No Equipment

If you know me, I LOVE a no-equipment workout. I was going through PopSugar Fitness for some new workouts and stumbled across this one. I had to try it. It was a GREAT workout. I provided sculpting, stretching, and cardio. It was a full body workout. It had me stretching, squatting, and working those abs on the floor. Truth be told, abs were burning by the end.  It is not as slow as doing yoga, but it provides that great stretch of the limbs similar to yoga. Your lower body will be burning after the first 10 minutes.

What is great about these types of workouts is that they are something you can do anywhere; living room, office, hotel. To top it off, they always provide a modification.
