My sister-in-law grabbed some pasta salad from the market the other day and my husband loved it. It was Greek style with feta and cucumbers so I decided to make my own and it was delish. I used fresh cucumbers and tomatoes right from my garden, and I added some very thinly sliced red onion. Tossed with a bunch of feta and my favorite Greek vinaigrette, it was a winner. Although next time I will be sure to add some Kalamata olives.
