I’m over at Mom Generations sharing a great no-bake recipe. This Lemon Mascarpone Pie is super easy to make and makes the perfect dessert for a summer barbecue. It is not only delicious but it is gorgeous and great for entertaining. A simple store-bought graham cracker crust and lemon pie filling, topped with a decadent and easy to make sweet mascarpone whipped topping! Yum! I hope you all enjoy it. You can even change it up for Memorial Day weekend or the 4th of July, by adding some nice red strawberries or raspberries to add a patriotic touch.
