I’m easing back into some at-home workouts. I’ve totally fallen off the wagon. I decided to start with something with low impact.
Well, it may have been low impact but it still had intensity, and I was sweating. If you really want a burn, make sure you have a resistance band at hand for this workout. If you don’t have one, no worries, you can go without. I really love that these videos always have someone showing a modification of each exercise. If you have a “booty band,” that’s used too. I didn’t have one and just did the modification and I still felt it in my muscles the next day.
Overall, my body felt amazing after this workout and the following day. No stress on joints, just some good muscle burn and cardio. I recommend you try it.
