The world is absolutely crazy right now and we are all worrying and trying to cope with our new normal. The fears of markets shutting down, everyone needing to distance themselves from the world, being quarantined with family, it’s scary. I went to my local market to stock up and it was near-bare in areas. The meat department had plant-based “beef” and bone marrow left. That was it. I ended up stocking up on frozen meatballs, frozen chicken wings, and frozen SHRIMP. There was plenty of shrimp at the market. This made me want to share some of my favorite shrimp recipes that I make using frozen shrimp. They are all quite easy and different from each other. I am sure my kids will be all done with shrimp by the end of this, but we have to do what we have to do. Thoughts and prayers with you all.
