My husband, son, and I love watching Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship and Kids Baking Championship. The premier for Holiday Baking Championship was last night. I was really excited because I am already in the holiday spirit! I’ve watching Hallmark Christmas movies religiously for two weeks now.

When you catch your friend’s product on the Food Network Holiday Baking Championship!

I spotted The Backyard Food Company Apple Butter! Chef Kess used BFC Apple Butter in both the cake and the buttercream frosting…..and she WON the preheat advantage. I was over-the-moon for my friend. Now I have used the Apple Butter in apple butter pumpkin pie before, and it was amazing! Never thought of buttercream! Yum. I absolutely LOVE seeing local products on a national network!

The Backyard Food Company has so many different small batch made condiments and pickled items. The salsa is my family’s go-to year round, and I can’t get enough of the Sweet & Tart Heirloom Pickles.
