I haven’t step foot in a gym in over a year! For those of you looking to get fit while staying safe at home here are 5 AMAZING Fitness-based YouTube Channels you should check out. There is a little bit for everyone. Whether you’re trying to get fit for the New Year or just trying to clear your head and destress, a simple and FREE at home workout should do the trick.

POPSUGAR Fitness  It is no secret, POPSUGAR Fitness has been a favorite of mine for YEARS! I can always find something on there to fit my mood. Short, long, HIIT, Yoga, Barre, Dancing. They have it all.

The Studio by Jamie Kinkeade  Okay, let me preface, I AM NOT A DANCER. I suck at it. I don’t enjoy it. However, this channels looks like a LOT OF FUN for those of you who love to dance and can follow choreography….I cannot. Go check it out.

Nate Bower Fitness  Do you like boxing? Check out these workouts and channel your inner Rocky Balboa. There are a ton of workouts, bag or no bag. A great way to workout your frustrations eye of the tiger style.

Fitness Blender This channels is another great one with with an amazing variety of workouts. Quick ones, longer ones. Targeting key areas. All skill levels. I am sure you will find something to suit your needs.

Yoga with Adriene    This girl has over 9 million subscribers. She must be doing something right. This is a great channel for all levels and body types. Go start her 30 days of Yoga at Home challenge. It is a great series.
