I went for mostly light and funny books this year. The year needed it. They were my little escape from this completely messed up world. I steered away from dark and thought provoking, and stuck with my British Rom-Coms and some of my other favorite authors. I think my only new authors this year were Fiona Lucas and Miranda Dickenson. All in all, I enjoyed each one I read.
