Now that the holidays are over it’s time to refocus on ourselves a bit. Most importantly, our health and fitness! I don’t know about you, but I sure didn’t find much time to exercise while trying to make all that Christmas magic happen. And I certainly indulged in the holiday celebrations. I basically survived on wine and cheese for a few weeks there. But, I’m not beating myself up over it. Holidays should be enjoyed to the fullest. But now…it’s time to hit the reset button!
I found this great 15 minutes full body workout on PopSugar this week. The perfect workout to get me back into a groove.
What to Expect:
- Full body workout. I mean FULL BODY
- Cardio moves like running in place and jacks
- Compound moves that target multiple areas
- Burning shoulders
- Some floor work
What you Need:
- 15 minutes
- 2 5-10 pound weights
- Decent amount of room to shuffle twice to the side
