My son had a birthday/sleepover to attend this past weekend. He was over-the-moon excited for it. Now, like any parent would do, I reminded him as we drove there to be on his best behavior. You know, use good manners, etc. It’s what parents do. And of course his response was half an eye-roll with an  “I KNOW MOM!” I continued on with my little lecture anyway because that’s what I do.
