In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, milk, bacon, and the onion & spinach mixture. Add salt & pepper. In a separate bowl, toss the cheese and flour together. Add in the cheese and make sure its all evenly distributed.. Pour into your partially baked pie crust and bake 45 minutes, until set. Let it cool for approximately 20 minutes before slicing.
