Turn on your broiler.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Slice the peppers and onions and place in bowl.

Drizzle with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and use half of the season packet to season the veggies.

Put veggies on two thirds of the baking sheet and put under broiler for 10 minutes.

While veggies are cooking, slice chicken into strips (you can do steak if you wish or both). Drizzle with olive oil and season with the rest of the packet.

Take pan out of the oven after the first 10 minutes and add the meat.

Broil for another 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

During the last minute or two of cooking, I like to place the tortillas on the bottom rack of the oven to warm them up before serving.
