Quick & Easy: Shrimp and Pasta in Vodka Sauce

Simple and delicious dinner in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • olive oil
  • 1 lb raw shrimp – whatever size you like
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • pasta
  • 1 jar of vodka sauce
  • 2 tlbs. of fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Get your pasta water boiling first. Cooking the shrimp will take the same about of time that it takes for the pasta to cook.
  2. Heat up a large skillet and put in a little olive oil (2-turns around the pan). Once the pan/oil have heated up toss in the 2 cloves of chopped garlic. Add your shrimp to the pan. Again, it cooks quick, just a few minutes on each side.
  3. Once the shrimp is cooked, add the vodka sauce to the shrimp and turn the heat down to a simmer.
  4. Now take care of your pasta, it should be ready. Drain and add to the skillet. Add some fresh parsley and your done
