Prepare lo mein noodles and set aside. The lo mein noodle I get are divided into three bundles. For this recipe I used only one bundle.

Heat up a drizzle of olive oil a fry pan or wok and saute the mushrooms, cauliflower, and snow peas.

When the mushrooms have softened, add in the water chestnuts and shrimp. The shrimp only take a few minutes to cook.

Then add in the lo mein noodles and stir fry sauce. Stir so everything is coated, then serve.
