Shrimp Stir Fry with Lo Mein

A quick and easy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 bag of frozen cauliflower already steamed
  • 1 cup snowpeas
  • 5 oz can of sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 pound medium shrimp
  • 1/2 cup stir fry sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare lo mein noodles and set aside. The lo mein noodle I get are divided into three bundles. For this recipe I used only one bundle.
  2. Heat up a drizzle of olive oil a fry pan or wok and saute the mushrooms, cauliflower, and snow peas.
  3. When the mushrooms have softened, add in the water chestnuts and shrimp. The shrimp only take a few minutes to cook.
  4. Then add in the lo mein noodles and stir fry sauce. Stir so everything is coated, then serve.
